Particularity : Elaborated in small capacity steel tanks and for part in a three years old oak barrel

Tasting notes :

Visual : Pale golden colour

Nose : Powerful fruits aromas ending on a vanilla note

Palate : Round and expressive with fine minerality. This wine is well balanced between power and delicacy. Ripe fruits and fresh almond aromas ending on toasted bread notes.. 


Practical guidelines :

Food/wine matches : Hot oysters, scampi, fishes with creamy sauce, white meat (poultry or veal) cooked with mushrooms, regional cheeses as Chaource or Epoisse.

Present and future : Even young this wine is already open. It will be ideal for tasting when it has been aged for 2 years. It will keep for between 8 and 10 years.
