(limestone made up of a conglomerate of Exogyra virgula oyster fossils)

Aspect : For the most part, South, South-West facing slopes

Tasting notes:

Visual : Golden colour.

Nose : A powerfull and aromatic nose.

Palate : Very fruity and complex wine, with a nice volume on the palate. A great minerality coming at the end leaving you with a pleasantly fresh mouthfeel. 


Practical guidelines :

Wine/food matches : The aromatic profile and structure quality of this wine bring out the very best in grilled fish, salmon or white meats.

Present and future enjoyment : well-structured, it may be cellared for 6 years.
